1st training run will be April 15th 2012 (8am - Noon)
Last year spring was upon us and the night before our training run we got hit with one of the last snow storms of the year, but we still had runners come out and run the trails. For this training run we will set up 4 aid stations and you will have the choice of a 8 mile run, 13 mile run or 25 mile run. If you are running the 25 mile run there will be a gap of about 13 miles that you will not have access to an aid station so bring handhelds or other ways to carry hydration.
2nd training run will be July 8th 2012 (8am - Noon)
This training run will give you a fairly good idea of temperatures and trail conditions now that the summer trail traffic has been in place on the course. For this training run we will set up 4 aid stations and you will have the choice of a 8 mile run, 13 mile run or 25 mile run.
